We’re looking for a Senior Recruiter who combines creative thinking with operational excellence. You bring a hands-on approach to recruitment, know how to navigate multiple priorities without losing focus, and are confident owning client relationships from end to end.

Responsibilities
- Own the full-cycle recruitment process: from sourcing and vetting to coordinating interviews and closing offers.
- Manage client relationships independently, lead syncs, and act as a strategic hiring partner across accounts.
- Ensure every candidate presented to a client meets high quality standards, with clear and thorough vetting notes.
- Guide candidates through the process, keeping them prepared and engaged at every stage.
- Support internal hiring initiatives, mentor junior recruiters, and help improve team workflows and documentation.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in agency or client-facing roles.
- Strong experience working with US clients and leading client-facing conversations.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail, able to manage multiple roles, pipelines, and deadlines effectively.
- Ability to take ownership of client relationships and confidently lead hiring discussions and candidate presentations.
- Exceptional written and spoken English.
- Based in LATAM and available to work EST hours.
- Experience using tools such as Slack, ClickUp, HubSpot, or similar collaboration and CRM platforms.
- Must have your own laptop, stable high-speed internet connection, and reliable access to WhatsApp for communication with clients and candidates.

- Experience working with global or startup clients.
Compensation
- Base salary + commission structure (paid in USD).
- Generous and transparent commission plan tied to successful placements.
- This role is structured as an independent contractor position.
