What we're looking for 

You’re an AI-savvy Video Editor who knows exactly how to stop the scroll. You blend smart AI usage with performance-driven storytelling to create ads that feel native, engaging, and built to convert. You’re excited about experimenting with new tools, iterating fast, and turning insights into creative that performs.

You’ll be joining the creative team behind a fast-growing US-based consumer group scaling multiple brands across North America. In this role, you’ll work closely on a pet supplement brand, helping craft direct response video ads that educate, entertain, and drive action. The culture is collaborative, fast-paced, and highly focused on results, creativity, and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Edit high-performing paid social video ads for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Produce both short-form and long-form direct response ads, including videos over 2 minutes.
• Create AI-powered voiceovers using ElevenLabs.
• Work with AI avatars via ArcAds, plus avatars, b-roll, and animations using tools like Sora 2 and Veo.
• Collaborate with the Director of Performance Creative to refine hooks, pacing, and messaging.
• Bring creative ideas to scripted and non-scripted edits while maintaining speed and quality.

Requirements

• 2 to 6 years of professional video editing experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong background in paid media and direct response video editing for e-commerce.
• Experience editing long-form ads or VSL-style content (2+ minutes).
• AI-savvy mindset, including hands-on experience with tools like ElevenLabs and ArcAds.
• Solid skills in sound design, audio mixing, and color correction.
• Excellent organization, file management, and ability to handle rapid iterations.

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI tools such as Sora, Veo, or Kling.
• Experience creating VSLs or educational sales content.
• Background working with pet, wellness, or supplement brands.
