What we're looking for 

You’ll join a fast-growing US-based fashion brand in the swimwear space, known for bold creativity and performance-driven marketing. The team moves fast, tests constantly, and makes decisions based on data, not guesswork.


This is a full-time role where you’ll work directly inside live ad accounts, supporting campaign optimization, budget allocation, and performance analysis. You'll collaborate closely with the Paid Media Manager and receive hands-on training, especially in the first month, so you can confidently make data-backed decisions.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Track daily spend, pacing, and performance trends across Meta.
  • Analyze KPIs including ROAS, CPA, CTR, and creative performance.
  • Flag campaigns that need budget shifts, scaling, or pausing.
  • Support campaign builds, including audience segmentation and placements.
  • Run and track A/B tests to identify winning creatives and angles.
  • Pull performance reports, including inventory and paid media data.


Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager (mandatory).
  • Proven experience running e-commerce campaigns, ideally in fashion or apparel.
  • Confidence in analyzing performance data and making optimization decisions.
  • Experience with creative testing and campaign scaling.
  • Strong reporting skills, comfortable pulling and organizing performance data.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable with the ability to work autonomously.


Nice to Have

  • Experience with TikTok, Pinterest, or Snapchat Ads (training provided if needed).
  • Familiarity with whitelisting and partnership ads.
  • Competitor research experience.
  • Advanced audience segmentation skills.
