What we're looking for 
Our client, a fast-growing e-commerce company, is seeking a Video Editor – UGC Ads to join their creative team. As a manufacturer and distributor of innovative consumer products, the company creates impactful, data-driven campaigns that reach millions of viewers daily. This role is perfect for a highly motivated, self-managed creative who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about crafting videos that drive measurable results.
What You’ll Be Doing
- You’ll play a central role in shaping the creative direction of performance-focused video ads. From concept to final export, you’ll bring ideas to life through storytelling, editing, and data-driven refinement. 
- You’ll collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to ensure each piece of content not only looks great but performs exceptionally well.
Responsibilities
- Create high-impact short-form video ads (15–45 seconds) for Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Develop concepts, write on-screen text in English, and build engaging narratives from scratch.
- Analyze performance data and use insights from Google Sheets to optimize future videos.
- Deliver 2–3 polished, conversion-focused videos per day that meet creative and performance goals.
- Stay up to date with trends in social media and performance marketing to keep content fresh and effective.
Requirements
- Strong experience with UGC-style editing tools such as CapCut or TikTok’s native editor.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Proven ability to create compelling ads without pre-written scripts.
- Solid background in advertising or performance marketing.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Comfortable using Google Sheets for data review and performance tracking.
Nice to Have
- Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects.
- Basic motion graphics experience.
- Understanding of key metrics and ad performance analytics.
