What We’re Looking For

Our client, a boutique digital consultancy and agency, is seeking a Junior Media Buyer to support paid media campaign execution and optimization. This role is ideal for someone eager to grow their skills in digital advertising while working directly 1:1 with the CEO in a collaborative, hands-on environment. The company partners with e-commerce brands, offering a dynamic opportunity to gain practical experience in paid social and search advertising.

Responsibilities

• Set up, launch, and optimize ad campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok (other platforms like LinkedIn and Pinterest are a plus).
• Monitor campaign performance, ensuring budgets are paced correctly and KPIs are met.
• Assist with scaling creative and testing new ad variations.
• Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics to guide optimizations.
• Collaborate closely with the CEO to execute campaign tasks and proactively suggest improvements.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in paid media campaign execution (internships or freelance included).
• Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads (TikTok Ads experience preferred).
• Strong analytical skills with Excel/Google Sheets knowledge.
• Ability to follow direction while being proactive in asking questions and suggesting ideas.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with LinkedIn or Pinterest Ads.
• E-commerce campaign experience.
• Familiarity with creative testing strategies.
