What we're looking for

We’re looking for a Talent Sourcer who combines strong sourcing instincts with disciplined screening and operational excellence.

You are proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized. You know how to identify great candidates quickly, engage passive talent effectively, and deliver high-quality candidate pipelines that support recruiters and hiring teams.

You thrive in fast-paced environments and are comfortable working across multiple roles at once. You understand how to balance sourcing volume with candidate quality, ensuring that every candidate presented meets clear qualification standards.

You are excited about building structured talent pipelines, maintaining strong candidate data, and contributing directly to successful placements.


Responsibilities

  • Source qualified candidates across multiple channels including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and targeted outreach.
  • Conduct candidate screening calls to assess experience, role fit, compensation expectations, and interest.
  • Deliver submission-ready candidates aligned with recruiter and client requirements.
  • Build and maintain evergreen candidate pipelines for recurring roles and key verticals.
  • Tag and organize candidates within the ATS to ensure structured and searchable talent pools.
  • Maintain accurate candidate notes, compensation data, and availability information.
  • Support recruiters by delivering consistently vetted candidates ready for submission.
  • Re-engage silver medalist candidates and maintain relationships with strong candidates for future opportunities.
  • Execute targeted outreach campaigns to engage passive talent and grow candidate pipelines.


Weekly Performance Expectations

This role is measured on quality-adjusted output and pipeline infrastructure, not just sourcing volume.

Weekly Output Targets

  • 30 qualified candidates per week.
  • 50%+ conversion from qualified to submission-ready.
  • 70%+ recruiter acceptance rate.
  • <10% obvious misfit rate.

Weekly Pipeline Activity

  • 100+ candidate outreach touches per week.
  • Silver medalist candidates tagged within 48 hours.
  • Maintain structured ATS candidate tagging and documentation.
  • Continuously add candidates to evergreen pipelines for recurring roles.

Pipeline Health

  • Maintain 25+ pre-vetted candidates per key vertical.
  • Ensure candidate records include screening notes, compensation expectations, and availability.
  • Contribute to building long-term candidate pipelines that support future hiring needs.

Weekly Review & Performance Rhythm

Performance will be reviewed week over week to monitor sourcing output and screening quality, evaluate recruiter acceptance rates and submission readiness, identify opportunities to improve sourcing strategy and candidate targeting, and recalibrate role understanding and pipeline focus when needed.

Expectations may evolve based on hiring demand, market conditions, and team growth.


Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in talent sourcing or recruiting.
  • Strong experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and outbound outreach.
  • Proven ability to screen and qualify candidates effectively.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Comfortable managing multiple pipelines and role priorities.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Based in LATAM and available to work EST hours.
  • Experience using tools such as Slack, ClickUp, HubSpot, or similar collaboration and ATS platforms.
  • Must have your own laptop, stable high-speed internet connection, and reliable access to WhatsApp for communication.


Nice to Have

  • Experience working with US-based clients or hiring teams.
  • Experience supporting recruiting processes for US hiring markets.
  • Prior experience working in agency recruiting environments.
  • Experience sourcing for remote or international roles.


Compensation

Base salary + commission structure (paid in USD).

Commission tied to successful placements sourced.
