What we're looking for 

A US-based beauty brand is looking for a Junior Media Buyer to join their paid media team. You will be the engine behind their day-to-day paid social operations, keeping campaigns running smoothly across multiple platforms.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Upload and manage paid social ads across Meta, Applovin, TikTok, and Pinterest daily.
• Monitor active campaigns and flag performance issues or errors proactively, without waiting to be asked.
• Maintain organized campaign structures and ensure all assets are correctly trafficked and live.
• Coordinate with internal teams to receive creative assets and ensure timely ad launches.
• Support campaign reporting and help track key performance metrics across platforms.
• Operate with a high level of attention to detail in a fast-paced, execution-driven environment.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in paid social ad operations or media buying support.
• Hands-on experience working inside Meta Ads Manager.
• A proactive mindset and the confidence to raise red flags independently.
• Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational habits.
• Clear, reliable communication skills with the ability to manage your own workload.
• Comfort executing independently in a high-speed environment.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Applovin, TikTok Ads Manager, and Pinterest Ads.
• Experience using Asana, Air, Admanage, or Google Sheets.
