What We’re Looking For

You’re someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and wants to grow beyond a traditional customer service role. You care about doing things right, you’re curious, and you’re excited to learn new skills over time.

You’ll join a California-based menswear brand operating in the accessible luxury space. The company is known for its supportive culture, long-term mindset, and strong focus on relationships. Attitude, ownership, and empathy matter more here than having every tool mastered on day one.


What You’ll Do

  • Manage customer conversations from start to finish via email, live chat, and social media DMs.
  • Social listening: research fashion content trends and sounds.
  • Resolve questions related to orders, shipping, returns, and product details with care and professionalism.
  • Identify recurring customer questions or issues and suggest improvements to FAQs and internal processes.
  • Support community management by replying to comments, DMs, and engaging with the brand’s audience.
  • Assist with creative execution by posting assets on social platforms like Instagram and Pinterest.
  • Help update and maintain Shopify product pages and content.
  • Support marketing initiatives such as email campaigns, content scheduling, and asset organization.


What You Bring

  • 2+ years of customer service experience, ideally with e-commerce or B2C brands.
  • Strong written English and a warm, professional communication style.
  • Experience using customer service platforms like Zendesk, Gorgias, or similar systems.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Calm, empathetic problem-solving mindset.
  • Interest in fashion, branding, and learning new tools.


Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms.
  • Exposure to Klaviyo, community management, or organic social media.
  • Basic experience with Canva, Photoshop, or simple video editing tools.
  • Curiosity to grow into leadership or a specialized role over time.
