What we're looking for 

Our client, a pediatrician-developed family health brand reinventing children’s nutrition through clean, unflavored powder vitamins, is seeking a Mid Media Buyer to support campaign execution and optimization across paid media platforms. This role is designed for someone with a strong Meta background who thrives in a detail-oriented, data-driven environment and wants to grow within a high-performing, mission-driven team. You’ll work under the guidance of a senior media buyer and play a key role in campaign management, reporting, and daily account operations.


Responsibilities

  • Support senior media buyers with campaign setup, daily optimizations, and pacing checks across Meta, Google, and TikTok.
  • Upload ads, monitor delivery metrics, and adjust bids, budgets, and on/off switches with oversight.
  • Assist with reporting, including pulling performance data and building basic summaries.
  • Help maintain media calendars, naming conventions, and internal campaign documentation.
  • Collaborate on trafficking, QA, and testing implementation to ensure consistent ad delivery.


Requirements

  • 2 to 3 years of experience in paid media, with a strong focus on Meta Ads.
  • Detail-oriented and comfortable working in a data-driven environment.
  • Experience working with US-based brands and ecommerce campaigns.
  • Familiarity with performance tracking and audience targeting best practices.
  • Ability to follow direction and seek approval for all campaign adjustments.

Nice to have:

  • Hands-on experience with tools like TripleWhale.
  • Exposure to campaign management on Google or TikTok.
  • Strong understanding of platform updates and how to apply them in performance strategy.
