What we're looking for

We’re partnering with a fast-growing digital marketing agency that helps e-commerce and consumer brands scale through data-driven strategy, paid media, influencer partnerships, and affiliate programs. Their culture is collaborative, flexible, and focused on empowering each team member to take initiative and make an impact.

As an Affiliate Marketing Specialist, you’ll play a key role in growing the agency’s affiliate programs by recruiting and activating high-quality partners—publishers, influencers, and content creators—across retail, fashion, and baby product categories.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Identify, prospect, and recruit new affiliates, influencers, and content partners that align with brand goals.
  • Lead outreach campaigns and manage the full recruitment funnel from first contact to onboarding.
  • Onboard new partners, ensuring they understand program tools, assets, and performance expectations.
  • Provide affiliates with creative assets and resources to help them launch and perform successfully.
  • Track and optimize partner performance using data insights and testing.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with top-performing affiliates and publishers.

Requirements

  • 2–3+ years of experience in affiliate or partnership marketing.
  • Excellent written communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • Experience using CRM and email outreach tools.
  • Confidence and initiative in reaching out to new contacts and managing multiple conversations at once.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Impact (strongly preferred) or platforms like AWIN.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce or DTC brands in fashion, retail, or baby products.
  • Basic data analysis or reporting skills.

Benefits

  • Competitive USD salary.
  • 20 days of Paid Time Off + 11 Holidays, including the last week of the year.
  • 100% remote (start time between 7:00–9:00 AM EST)
  • Collaborative, transparent, and supportive culture.
