What we're looking for 

We are hiring on behalf of a fast-growing US-based Google Ads agency that helps ecommerce brands scale through high-performing Google and YouTube advertising. The team focuses on profitable customer acquisition, lowering CAC, and maintaining transparent communication with clients through consistent reporting and strategic collaboration.


This agency works closely with e-commerce founders and marketing teams, combining performance data with creative testing to drive sustainable growth. The culture is hands-on, collaborative, and focused on continuous improvement.


You will work directly with the founder, supporting day-to-day execution across Google Ads and Meta Ads accounts while gaining exposure to strategy and performance optimization. This role is ideal if you already have experience inside ad accounts and want to grow into a more strategic media buying role over time.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Build and launch Google Ads campaigns based on the founder’s strategy and direction.
  • Support Meta Ads campaign builds, including duplicating ad sets and launching ads.
  • Conduct keyword research and organize campaign structures.
  • Perform competitor analysis and creative research to support campaign ideation.
  • Pull performance reports and help prepare updates for Slack messages and client calls.
  • Assist with ongoing campaign optimizations and account maintenance.


Requirements

  • Hands-on experience working inside Google Ads accounts.
  • Experience working inside Meta Ads Manager.
  • Ability to build campaigns from scratch following clear instructions.
  • Comfortable duplicating ad sets, adding keywords, and writing ad copy.
  • Understanding of basic digital marketing KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, and CPC.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes and SOPs.

  • Exposure to managing larger advertising budgets.
  • Ability to contribute creative ideas and ad inspiration.
  • Interest in growing into a more senior media buyer role over time.
