What we're looking for 

You’ll join a fast-growing US-based fitness and franchise brand focused on performance-driven marketing and high-impact creative. The team moves quickly, values collaboration, and is deeply focused on producing visuals that drive real results across paid and organic channels. You’ll play a key role in bringing campaigns to life across Meta ads, email, and marketing assets used by franchise locations.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Design high-performing Meta ad creatives for Facebook and Instagram campaigns.
• Create multiple variations, formats, and aspect ratios from core concepts.
• Design engaging marketing emails optimized for mobile and click-through.
• Produce social media graphics, including carousels, templates, and promotional content.
• Adapt assets for different placements, including feeds, stories, and reels.
• Support additional design needs like flyers, presentations, and campaign materials.

Requirements

• 2+ years of graphic design experience with a strong, results-focused portfolio.
• Proven experience designing Meta ads.
• Experience designing marketing emails with an eye for conversion and readability.
• Proficiency in Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with performance marketing and direct-response design principles.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with franchise or multi-location brands.
• Motion graphics or basic animation skills.
• Experience creating broader marketing assets like flyers or local campaigns.
