What We're Looking For

We’re partnering with a fast-growing North American marketing company that helps top brands connect with consumers through exclusive coupons and high-performing social content. Their creative team thrives on collaboration, innovation, and storytelling that drives results. They’re looking for a Performance Content Creator to craft impactful, scroll-stopping videos that turn engagement into action.

What You’ll Do

• Edit vertical, social-first videos (UGC and iPhone footage) using CapCut or similar mobile tools.
• Produce long-form, hero assets with Premiere Pro and DaVinci Resolve, including color grading and storytelling edits.
• Deliver 5–10 short-form and 1–2 long-form videos weekly across paid and organic channels (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
• Collaborate with the lead editor to interpret briefs, execute revisions, and ensure brand alignment.
• Adapt and optimize content for different platforms to boost engagement and conversions.
• Stay ahead of platform trends and experiment with generative AI tools for creative testing.

What You Bring

• 1–3 years of experience in video editing or digital content creation (agency or in-house).
• Advanced proficiency in Premiere Pro (non-negotiable).
• Familiarity with generative AI tools for video or design.
• Working knowledge of CapCut for quick, social-native edits.
• Understanding of performance-driven storytelling for social media.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects under tight timelines.
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to execute from concise briefs.

Nice to Have

• Experience with DaVinci Resolve or After Effects for light motion graphics.
• Knowledge of paid social creative testing and optimization.
