What we're looking for

A US-based company specializing in science-backed supplements for women's hormonal and menstrual health is looking for a sharp Amazon Store Manager to own and grow their Amazon presence. Their products are developed by scientists and built around a genuine mission: reducing inflammation, supporting cycle balance, and improving women's overall well-being. This is a focused, detail-driven role with real room to grow.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Audit and optimize the existing Amazon store, including product detail pages (PDPs), conversion rates, and contribution margin.
  • Manage FBA and FBM inventory and shipping logistics, flagging and resolving issues proactively.
  • Monitor reviews, maintain a five-star store rating, and coordinate with the customer experience team to address negative feedback.
  • Track coupon performance and analyze its impact on conversion and margins.
  • Own all Amazon KPIs and report on store health consistently.
  • Collaborate with the PPC team and use tools like AMC and any platforms you know best to drive results.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing an Amazon store end-to-end.
  • Background in CPG or consumable products (supplements, beauty, or food strongly preferred).
  • Experience working with a focused, small SKU catalog where attention to detail matters.
  • Familiarity with FBA and FBM logistics.
  • Comfort using AI tools (including Claude) for analysis and insights.
  • A growth mindset and the drive to take ownership of results.

Nice to Have

  • Personal interest in women's health or the supplements industry.
  • Experience with tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar Amazon research platforms.
  • Familiarity with Scale Insights for PPC and inventory management.

Benefits

  • Competitive USD salary.
  • 100% remote work.
  • 10 days of Paid Time Off + 7 US Holidays.
