You’ll join an exclusive, fast-growing US-based entrepreneurial community built for high-earning e-commerce founders and Amazon sellers. As a Video Editor, you own the full lifecycle of short-form video and social content. You turn raw footage and ideas into scroll-stopping ads and organic posts that don’t just look good, they drive real business impact. You think like a marketer, edit like a storyteller, and optimize like a performance pro.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Edit high-performing short-form videos for TikTok, Meta, YouTube Shorts, and similar platforms.
  • Identify winning hooks, angles, and storylines that feel native to each platform.
  • Create multiple creative variations for testing and performance optimization.
  • Manage day-to-day posting schedules, captions, thumbnails, and content organization.
  • Track performance metrics and iterate quickly based on results and feedback.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing stakeholders to align creative with campaigns.


Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience editing short-form, performance-focused social content.
  • Proven experience with social media management, including scheduling, posting, and optimization.
  • Strong storytelling instincts, pacing, hooks, and platform-specific creative knowledge.
  • Ability to analyze performance data and turn insights into better creative decisions.
  • Experience managing or collaborating with external contractors or freelancers.
  • Proficiency with tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, or similar.


Nice to Have

  • Experience working with paid social teams or direct-response brands.
  • Familiarity with Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, or YouTube Ads creative workflows.
  • Background in e-commerce, info products, or online communities.
