What we're looking for 

Our US-based client, a consulting agency focused on helping CPG brands grow their customer Lifetime Value, is seeking an LTV Consultant to lead subscription and retention strategies. This role is essential for auditing current subscription performance, identifying opportunities, and driving strategic initiatives that increase opt-in rates, reduce churn, and raise average subscriber spend. The ideal candidate is analytical, proactive, and experienced in subscription-based ecommerce environments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth audits of subscription and retention performance, identifying key issues and areas for improvement.
• Build 6–12 month strategic roadmaps that outline hypotheses, priorities, and success metrics.
• Recommend offer structures and subscription experiences that align with best practices.
• Track performance metrics and present monthly insight reports to client stakeholders.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and vendors to execute priority initiatives on schedule.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in retention or lifecycle roles within CPG or subscription-based brands. 
• Hands-on experience with Shopify and subscription tools like Recharge, Skio, or Stay. 
• Advanced skills in cohort analysis, offer modeling, and performance reporting using Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Proven success managing cross-functional projects and keeping stakeholders aligned.

Nice to have

• Experience working with supplement or wellness brands. 
• Familiarity with lifecycle platforms such as Klaviyo, SMS tools, and Rebuy.
• Background in consulting or client-facing strategic roles.
