What We’re Looking For

Our client, a fast-growing US-based company that acquires and scales e-commerce brands made in the USA, is seeking a Performance Video Editor to join their creative team. This role is an exciting opportunity to work with best-selling brands on Amazon and help drive their growth into DTC e-commerce. You’ll be responsible for crafting thumb-stopping, conversion-focused video ads that resonate with audiences and deliver measurable results.

Who You Are

You’re a creative storyteller with a passion for performance marketing and visual experimentation. You thrive in collaborative environments, welcome feedback, and know when to push creative boundaries. You have a strong sense of what works in DTC and aren’t afraid to take risks to make your videos stand out.

What You’ll Do

• Edit high-performing video content for Meta and UGC-style ads, focused on driving conversions.
• Collaborate with the creative team to interpret briefs while adding your unique creative touch.
• Develop and test new hooks, storytelling styles, and editing techniques that capture attention quickly.
• Apply performance marketing principles to ensure content is optimized for engagement and results.
• Share creative insights and lessons learned from past campaigns to help the team continually improve.

What You Need

• Proven experience editing performance content for Meta ads (UGC-focused).
• Strong background working with international performance marketing agencies or DTC brands.
• Deep understanding of performance marketing and how to translate it into effective visuals.
• Proficiency with Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut.
• Ability to craft stop-scrolling video ads with strong storytelling and pacing.

Nice to Have

• Experience creating or editing organic social videos.
• Familiarity with Amazon content and sponsored brand videos.
• Experience contributing to creative strategy or ideation sessions.
