What We’re Looking For

We’re partnering with a fast-growing creative agency specializing in performance design for eCommerce brands. From ad creatives to landing pages and email designs, their work reaches millions each month and powers some of the fastest-growing eCom brands in the world.

They’re now looking for an HR Lead to strengthen and scale their people operations, partnering closely with an external HR team to create an exceptional experience for every team member.


What You’ll Do

  • Partner with the external HR team to co-lead onboarding, engagement, and people operations.
  • Lead and evolve performance management and feedback processes for clarity, fairness, and growth.
  • Collaborate with the Creative Manager to design learning and development programs for the team.
  • Drive culture, engagement, and retention initiatives such as team offsites, dinners, and activities.
  • Support compensation, benefits, and policy updates to ensure transparency and consistency.
  • Maintain and improve HR data, reporting, and systems for alignment across the company.


What You Bring

  • 4–7 years of experience in HR or People Operations in a startup, agency, or creative environment.
  • Strong grasp of performance management, feedback culture, and employee engagement strategies.
  • Proven ability to work with both internal teams and external HR partners.
  • Excellent communication, empathy, and discretion—you know how to guide and build trust.
  • A hands-on, proactive approach with the ability to move between strategy and execution.


Nice to Have

  • Experience working with remote or distributed teams.
  • Background in creative or digital industries.
  • Familiarity with HR tools and systems (e.g., BambooHR, Deel, or Notion).
