What we're looking for 

You will join a US-based company focused on building reliable financial operations with a strong culture of accountability and precision. The team values ownership, consistency, and getting things right the first time. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth accounts payable and contractor payroll processes, working closely with leadership while owning your functions end-to-end.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage full-cycle accounts payable, from invoice intake to payment execution.
• Process high-volume payments with accuracy and consistency.
• Set up and manage bi-weekly contractor payroll for 75 to 100 contractors.
• Reconcile vendor accounts and maintain clean, accurate records in Excel.
• Review and verify payment details, totals, and wire information before submission.
• Collaborate with a Senior Accountant and report to leadership for approvals.

Requirements

• Proven experience in accounts payable and high-volume payment processing.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to catch and prevent errors.
• High dependability and consistent availability for a full-time schedule.
• Basic to intermediate Excel skills for reconciliations and tracking.
• Ability to work independently after onboarding and take full ownership.
• Experience reconciling vendor accounts and maintaining accurate records.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Bill.com or similar AP tools.
• Experience managing contractor payroll.
• Familiarity with tools like CashPro.
