What we're looking for 

You’ll join a fast-growing US-based e-commerce brand in the food and lifestyle space. The company is known for its strong brand identity, community-driven marketing, and high-quality consumer products. The team is small, collaborative, and built on a culture of warmth, hospitality, and ownership. You’ll play a key role in scaling influencer partnerships and driving authentic engagement across TikTok and Instagram.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Source and outreach to influencers aligned with brand campaigns across TikTok and Instagram.
• Manage influencer relationships to ensure smooth communication and timely content delivery.
• Track campaign performance, including engagement, conversions, and ROI.
• Organize and maintain influencer pipelines, outreach workflows, and content databases.
• Support UGC initiatives and cross-post content to maximize reach.
• Assist with affiliate onboarding and manage monthly payouts accurately.

Requirements

• Experience with influencer outreach, relationship management, or creator partnerships.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail across multiple workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to evaluate high-quality social media content on TikTok and Instagram.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
• Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Airtable, Sprout Social, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with influencer marketing or affiliate platforms.
• Experience working with US-based companies.
• Background in e-commerce or consumer brands.
