What we're looking for
A boutique, creative-first US digital marketing agency is expanding its paid social team and looking for a strategic, collaborative Senior Paid Social Strategist to grow with them. They serve DTC, CPG, and health and wellness brands, and if you love working at the crossroads of paid media and creative collaboration, this one's for you.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead Meta and TikTok strategy and media buying for DTC, CPG, health and wellness, and appointment-based clients.
- Partner directly with the creative team to analyze creative performance, inform asset strategy, and drive campaign results.
- Own client relationships alongside your team (no middleman account execs here), leading calls, managing communication, and presenting campaign performance.
- Develop data-driven media strategies that balance platform expertise with creative storytelling.
- Contribute to the strategic direction of the paid social department and mentor team members as opportunities arise.
- Comfortable using AI tools as part of your workflow.
Requirements
- 3+ years of agency-side paid social experience (media buying, campaign strategy, or both).
- Expert-level knowledge of the Meta Ads platform and solid hands-on experience with TikTok Ads.
- Understanding of creative analytics and the ability to read performance data alongside creative quality.
- Strong client-facing communication skills; you're comfortable leading calls, reading the room, and articulating strategy clearly.
- A collaborative mindset and genuine appreciation for the creative-first approach.
- Confidence in presenting work and adapting your approach as strategies evolve.
- Familiarity with analytics tools and heat mapping platforms.
Nice to Have
- Experience managing appointment-based or local service clients.
- Prior experience mentoring or managing media buyers or junior strategists.
