What we're looking for 

You’ll join a fast-growing US-based performance marketing company that partners with top brands to deliver exclusive coupon-driven offers to consumers across the US and Canada. The team sits at the intersection of e-commerce, media buying, and creative experimentation. The culture is hands-on, collaborative, and deeply data-driven, with a strong focus on testing, learning, and scaling what works.


As a Performance Content Creator, you’ll own the full lifecycle of paid social creatives. You’ll concept, produce, edit, and optimize static and video ads that drive conversions and improve ROAS for lifestyle e-commerce brands. You’ll work closely with media buyers and strategists, using performance data to guide creative decisions and iterate fast.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead the creation of high-performing static and video ads for paid social, with a strong focus on conversion at every stage of the funnel.
  • Edit and optimize videos for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other paid channels using brand assets, UGC, and influencer content.
  • Design, animate, and edit advanced multimedia assets, including motion graphics and performance-focused video formats.
  • Collaborate daily with media buyers and strategists to align creative with campaign goals and testing frameworks.
  • Own the creative process end to end, from concept and ideation to delivery, reporting, and iteration based on results.


Requirements

  • Proven experience editing and producing paid social ads, with a clear performance marketing mindset.
  • Strong ability to analyze creative performance and iterate quickly based on data and insights.
  • Expert-level skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
  • Advanced video editing and motion graphics capabilities, including experience with animation tools.
  • Hands-on experience with creative analytics tools like Motion or similar platforms.
  • Solid understanding of US e-commerce audiences and paid social platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube).


Nice to Have

  • Experience producing UGC-style and creator-led content.
  • Familiarity with AI production tools such as Creatify or Atria.
  • Ability to support organic or hybrid content needs when required.
