What we're looking for 

Our client, a digital marketing agency that partners with leading e-commerce and consumer brands, is seeking a Data Analyst to support performance tracking and reporting across paid media campaigns. This role is essential for transforming raw data into actionable insights, streamlining reporting processes, and helping the team make smarter decisions, faster. The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently, has strong communication skills, and brings hands-on experience with spreadsheets and BI tools.


What You'll Do

  • Update daily performance trackers in Google Sheets for multiple client accounts.
  • Pull and consolidate data from ad platforms like Meta and Google.
  • Build and maintain performance reports and tables in Google Sheets, Excel, and Google Slides.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify trends, flag anomalies, and support campaign decision-making.
  • Contribute to ongoing efforts to reduce manual processes and improve reporting efficiency.


What You Bring

  • +3 years of experience in data analysis or marketing analytics.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel, with experience creating dashboards, pivot tables, and charts.
  • Experience using Supermetrics and data visualization tools like Looker, Metabase, or GA4.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and explain changes in metrics.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.


Nice to Have

  • Experience creating basic dashboards in Looker using existing data sources.
  • Ability to perform ad hoc analyses based on campaign performance data.
  • Familiarity with marketing metrics across paid media platforms.
