What we're looking for 

You will join a fast-growing US-based podcast and media production company that helps brands and creators launch and scale high-quality video podcasts. The team supports clients across the entire production lifecycle, from concept development to editorial and technical delivery. Their culture is collaborative, creative, and focused on helping podcasts reach the right audiences through strategic distribution and performance-driven growth.

You will own YouTube growth strategy across multiple client podcast channels. Your role will focus on improving discoverability, increasing audience reach, and driving measurable growth through YouTube SEO, advertising insights, and data-informed optimization. You will act as the in-house YouTube growth expert, helping shape channel strategies while also executing the hands-on optimization that drives results.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead YouTube growth strategy across multiple podcast channels.
• Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis specific to YouTube search and discovery.
• Optimize titles, descriptions, show notes, tags, thumbnails, and playlists to improve discoverability.
• Upload and publish content while managing metadata and channel structure.
• Track and analyze key performance metrics including CTR, retention, impressions, and subscriber growth.
• Recommend content strategy adjustments based on analytics and performance trends.

Requirements

• Strong experience optimizing and growing YouTube channels.
• Proven track record of increasing audience reach and subscriber growth.
• Hands-on experience with uploads, publishing workflows, and metadata optimization.
• Deep understanding of YouTube search, browse features, and channel page optimization.
• Strong analytical skills with experience tracking CTR, retention, impressions, and subscriber metrics.
• Ability to work independently and execute without extensive training.

Nice to Have

• Experience with podcast distribution and podcast growth strategies.
• YouTube advertising experience.
• Experience scaling multiple channels simultaneously.
• Familiarity with tools such as YouTube Studio, VidIQ, or similar analytics platforms.
