What we're looking for 

You’re a hands-on Google Ads expert who thrives in execution, structure, and results. You enjoy owning campaigns end to end and digging into performance details that actually drive pipeline and revenue. This role is perfect if you want to focus deeply on B2B Google Ads while working with smart teammates in a fast-moving agency environment.


Our client is a boutique, performance-driven B2B advertising agency working with venture-backed software and technology startups. They specialize in Google and LinkedIn campaigns built to generate real leads, not vanity metrics. The culture is lean, collaborative, and results-oriented, with a strong emphasis on autonomy, accountability, and clear communication.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Build, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns for B2B software and tech clients.
  • Handle multiple client accounts with a high level of accuracy and organization.
  • Manage client agendas, execute action items from call recaps, and keep work moving forward.
  • Monitor performance and create clear, concise reports that highlight results and insights.
  • Collaborate with internal teammates through Slack and regular syncs.
  • Support ongoing improvements to tracking, reporting, and campaign structure.


Requirements

  • Strong Google Ads execution experience, with a clear focus on B2B lead generation.
  • Experience managing campaigns from build to optimization and iteration.
  • Familiarity with CRMs, especially HubSpot.
  • Excellent written English and the ability to communicate clearly with internal teams.
  • Comfort working full-time (9am–5pm Central Time) in a remote environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work autonomously without micromanagement.
  • Daily comfort using Slack as your main communication tool.


Nice to Have

  • Experience with GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
  • Understanding of the full B2B funnel, from lead to close.
  • Exposure to or interest in other paid channels like LinkedIn, Meta, or Twitter.
  • Confidence and interest in becoming more client-facing over time.
