We’re partnering with a fast-growing US-based consumer lifestyle brand that’s passionate about building a warm, inclusive, and highly engaged online community. They’re looking for a Social Media Moderator who loves connecting with people, protecting brand reputation, and keeping digital spaces positive and lively. If you enjoy shaping conversations and being the empathetic voice of a brand, this role is for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Monitor and moderate comments, DMs, and mentions across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Respond to questions, feedback, and conversations using a clear, brand-aligned voice.
• Flag and escalate potential issues, trends, or sensitive conversations to internal teams.
• Partner with marketing and content teams so community insights guide future campaigns.
• Track engagement metrics and sentiment while delivering actionable reports.
• Help refine best practices for tone, response time, and escalation processes.

Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of experience in community management, moderation, or social engagement.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to write concise, empathetic responses.
• Proven experience managing high-volume comment sections.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with social listening or moderation tools.
• Familiarity with social trends, tone adaptation, and online community behavior.
• Experience with DTC, lifestyle, or wellness brands (preferred).

Nice to Have

• Experience supporting influencer or creator-led communities.
• Knowledge of basic reporting dashboards or analytics tools.
• Bilingual English and Spanish skills.
