What We’re Looking For

We’re searching for a creative powerhouse to join a US-based digital marketing agency focused on helping small businesses grow with smart, data-driven campaigns. You’ll join a results-oriented, collaborative team and add immediate production capacity for a major new client. The top priority is high-volume video editing, with some support for graphic design as client needs shift.

What You’ll Do

• Edit a high volume of short-form videos (ads, testimonials, podcast clips, UGC) for web and social platforms.
• Work mainly with iPhone-shot, home-filmed footage—delivering engaging content despite variable quality.
• Support the Creative Director, executing briefs accurately and efficiently.
• Deliver around 40 videos per month (sometimes 25+ in a single week), plus content variations and static graphics.
• Create both organic and paid social content for multiple clients.
• Jump in to design graphics and static assets when needed.

What You Bring

• Advanced video editing skills (this is the core of your role).
• Proficiency with Canva, CapCut or Capwing, and Adobe Premiere Pro..
• Comfortable working with lower-quality iPhone / self-filmed / UGC footage.
• Ability to follow detailed briefs and meet deadlines.
• Experience editing content for social media, ads, and web.

Nice to Have

• Strong graphic design skills (social graphics, statics).
• Flexibility to handle both video-heavy and static-heavy workloads as needed.
• Familiarity with creative testing and high-volume production environments.
