What we're looking for 

We are looking for a UGC Video Editor who understands how to turn creator content into high-performing paid social ads. Our client is a US-based e-commerce company specializing in jewelry, beauty, and lifestyle products. The brand combines digital commerce with engaging video content to connect with customers across social platforms and drive online sales. Their creative team focuses heavily on performance-driven advertising and high-volume content production.


In this role, you will transform creator footage into scroll-stopping paid ads designed to capture attention and convert. You will work primarily on Meta ads, repurposing raw UGC footage into multiple creative variations that can be tested and scaled.


This role is ideal for someone who understands the psychology behind paid social content and knows how to structure edits around hooks, pacing, and strong calls to action.If you enjoy experimenting with creative variations, keeping up with social media trends, and working in a fast-paced environment where creative output directly impacts performance, this role is for you.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Edit high-converting paid social ads primarily for Meta platforms.
  • Transform raw UGC footage into polished, engaging ad creatives.
  • Stitch together creator footage line by line to create natural and authentic storytelling.
  • Repurpose one video into multiple creative variations for testing and scaling.
  • Apply strong hooks, pacing, captions, and calls to action that drive engagement and conversions.
  • Manage a high volume of edits while meeting deadlines in a performance-driven environment.


Requirements

  • Strong experience editing paid social ads, especially for Meta campaigns.
  • Proven experience working with UGC style content and creator footage.
  • Strong understanding of hooks, pacing, ad structure, and scroll-stopping creative strategy.
  • Ability to identify trends on social media and apply them to performance-driven ads.
  • Experience using CapCut for fast and efficient video editing workflows.
  • Ability to work autonomously while following creative briefs and deadlines.


Nice to Have

  • Experience using AI voiceover tools such as ElevenLabs.
  • Background editing for e-commerce brands or direct response campaigns.
  • Familiarity with creative testing frameworks used in paid advertising.
