What we're looking for 

You’ll join a fast-growing US-based direct-to-consumer fashion brand operating in the mid-level luxury space. The company is entrepreneurial, lean, and fast-paced, with a strong focus on innovation, customer experience, and brand storytelling. You’ll work full-time, closely with the founder, in a highly autonomous environment where your ideas and initiative truly matter. You’ll also have the opportunity to participate across multiple areas of the business, gaining exposure to different processes and making a broader impact.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Oversee and optimize customer service operations across digital channels.
  • Identify and implement automation opportunities using AI and customer support tools.
  • Manage and engage with the brand’s online community across social platforms.
  • Analyze trends and customer data to provide strategic, actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate on brand-aligned communication and elevate the customer experience.
  • Continuously improve workflows and processes to drive efficiency and growth.


Requirements

  • Experience in community management, social media, or customer experience roles.
  • Strong ownership mindset with a proactive, problem-solving approach.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and manage diverse responsibilities independently.
  • Hands-on experience with customer service platforms and automation tools.
  • Excellent written communication skills with a strong sense of brand voice.
  • Experience using AI tools to improve workflows and drive efficiency.


Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms like Shopify.
  • Background in fashion, luxury, or DTC brands.
  • Experience with analytics and customer journey optimization.
