What we're looking for 

We are hiring for a fast-growing US-based performance marketing agency that helps e-commerce brands scale through data-driven advertising. The team works closely with online retailers to optimize product feeds, improve ad performance, and build structured, high-performing advertising systems.


The company values organization, curiosity, and continuous improvement. You will work alongside experienced marketers and creatives while developing deep expertise in Google Merchant Center, Google Ads, and YouTube advertising. This is a great opportunity if you enjoy working with structured data, optimizing campaigns, and growing into a performance marketing expert.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Optimize product titles, descriptions, tags, and attributes inside Google Merchant Center.
  • Maintain product feed quality and structure using DataFeedWatch and Merchant Center diagnostics.
  • Monitor product approvals, disapprovals, and policy compliance.
  • Review keyword performance and search term reports to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Add negative keywords, refine match types, and help maintain organized campaign structures.
  • Organize and maintain a structured library of YouTube video assets and campaign materials.


Requirements

  • 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience with Google Ads and Google Merchant Center.
  • Strong experience working with e-commerce accounts and product feeds.
  • Familiarity with DataFeedWatch or similar feed management tools.
  • Solid understanding of digital advertising principles and campaign optimization basics.
  • Strong attention to detail and comfort working with spreadsheets and structured documentation.
  • Organized mindset with the ability to manage asset libraries and campaign documentation.


Nice to Have

  • 3+ years of experience in performance marketing.
  • Familiarity with Triple Whale or other eCommerce analytics platforms.
  • Exposure to AI tools or marketing automation workflows.
