What we're looking for 

You are a performance-minded creative who loves turning raw footage into scroll-stopping ads. You understand what makes people click, watch, and convert on paid social. You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where ideas move quickly, and creativity directly impacts results.


You will be joining a boutique US-based digital marketing agency that works with growing D2C brands. The team is collaborative and hands-on. Everyone contributes ideas and creative direction. The agency partners with consumer brands across industries like sports equipment, travel gear, apparel, and lifestyle products, helping them scale through high-performing paid social campaigns.


As the team continues to grow, they are looking for a Performance Content Creator who can transform raw footage into compelling paid social ads while also supporting static creative when needed.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Turn raw founder, influencer, and brand footage into high-converting paid social ads.
  • Edit 15 to 45 second video ads for platforms like Facebook and Instagram.
  • Produce multiple creative variations for testing and performance optimization.
  • Design static ad creatives and quick iterations for paid campaigns.
  • Add captions, overlays, motion graphics, and effects to enhance performance.
  • Collaborate with the media and strategy team to align creative with campaign goals.


Requirements

  • Strong focus on video editing (60%): 2 to 5 years of experience in video editing and design, ideally within a marketing or creative agency.
  • Strong ability (40%) to create and iterate on static paid social ad creatives.
  • Ability to turn raw assets into polished ad creatives with minimal direction.
  • Strong experience creating direct response or D2C paid social ads.
  • Experience with design tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong written English for captions, hooks, and text overlays.
  • Previous collaboration with US-based clients or remote teams.
  • Experience working with UGC style ads and brand lifestyle content.


Nice to Have

  • Apparel or consumer brand experience.
  • Interest in creative strategy and performance marketing.
  • Proficiency with video editing tools such as Premiere, Final Cut, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve.
