What We’re Looking For
We’re partnering with a fast-growing US-based e-commerce company specializing in private label consumer products sold on Amazon USA. They’re known for their data-driven operations, collaborative culture, and high standards of excellence. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and enjoys balancing strategic management with daily operational execution.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, from supplier production in China to 3PL warehouses and Amazon FBA fulfillment.
- Manage and mentor a small team, ensuring processes and KPIs are clearly defined and met.
- Monitor and improve Amazon account health, handling compliance, policy, and operational issues directly.
- Collaborate with the PPC and marketing teams to align advertising and inventory strategies.
- Negotiate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and 3PL partners to optimize cost, lead time, and quality.
- Create and maintain accurate demand forecasts and inventory planning models to prevent stockouts or overstock.
What You Bring
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain management for Amazon FBA businesses.
- Strong understanding of international logistics (China to USA), customs, and 3PL coordination.
- Proven experience with inventory forecasting, demand planning, and replenishment cycles.
- Solid knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and account operations.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills in English.
- Availability to work in the U.S. Eastern Time Zone.
Nice to Have
- Experience resolving Amazon account health issues (policy violations, IP complaints, compliance).
- Familiarity with tools like Helium 10, SoStocked, or forecasting platforms.
- Mandarin communication skills for supplier coordination.
- Experience managing small operations teams and using project management tools (ClickUp, Asana).
- Proficiency with Google Sheets or Excel for operational analysis.
