What We’re Looking For

Our client, a fast-growing UK-based wellness brand redefining the functional health space, is seeking a versatile Digital Designer who can work across email and web. You'll be at the centre of their visual identity, turning product stories into stunning, conversion-focused creative across all touchpoints.

Responsibilities

• Design high-performing, on-brand email templates and landing pages from concept to completion.
• Collaborate closely with the CRM team to create engaging layouts that drive retention and conversion.
• Develop design systems and templates to streamline email production and ensure visual consistency.
• Work with the E-commerce Manager and In-house developer to wireframe and design new PDP’s, CRO tests and landing pages.
• Stay on top of digital design and ecommerce trends, bringing fresh creative ideas to the table.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Digital Designer, ideally within ecommerce or DTC environments.
• Strong portfolio showcasing digital-first design work with a focus on email and web.
• Proficient in Adobe Suite and Figma (or similar tools).
• Excellent visual hierarchy, layout, and typography skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects independently.
• Comfortable taking briefs from stakeholders and owning projects end-to-end.
• Strong UX and UI experience.

Nice to Have

• Understanding of growth marketing or CRM performance data.
• Experience building email templates inside email marketing tools (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, etc.)
• Interest in wellness, lifestyle, or consumer health brands.
• Proficient copywriting skills
• E-commerce experience
