What we're looking for 

You’ll join a fast-growing, multi-brand e-commerce company operating across the US market. The team values ownership, reliability, and people who take pride in keeping things accurate and organized. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to grow over time and take on more responsibility, not stay junior forever.

You’ll work closely with the CFO, alongside a Controller and an AP accountant, in a fully remote environment aligned with US operations.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Record daily financial transactions, including sales, expenses, and payments.
• Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts with precision.
• Support accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Prepare and send invoices, and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Assist with payroll data entry and documentation.
• Contribute to month-end closing tasks, including accruals and adjustments.

Requirements

• More than 3 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles.
• Background in Accounting preferred, or Business Administration or Economics.
• Solid skills in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Hands-on experience with reconciliations and financial records.
• Basic understanding of double-entry bookkeeping.
• Strong attention to detail and clear written communication in English.
• Claude or any other AI tool experience.

Nice to Have

• Experience with QuickBooks, Xero, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with Fulfill or Ramp.
• Previous experience working for a US-based company.
• Comfort working remotely in a structured, deadline-driven environment.
