What we're looking for 

You’ll join a fast-growing US-based e-commerce brand in the jewelry space, focused on creating premium, design-led experiences that convert. The team is fully remote, highly flexible, and deeply performance-driven. 

You’ll work directly with a hands-on founder who values quality, speed, and ownership. If you care about performance as much as aesthetics, and you want your work to directly impact revenue, you’ll fit right in.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Design high-converting landing pages for product launches, campaigns, and offers.
• Create visually compelling layouts that reflect a premium, luxury aesthetic.
• Translate marketing briefs into clear, conversion-focused designs.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on messaging, structure, and UX.
• Design static ads for paid social platforms like Meta and TikTok.
• Iterate on designs using performance data and feedback.

Requirements

• Proven experience designing landing pages for e-commerce brands.
• Strong understanding of conversion-focused design and CRO principles.
• Excellent visual design skills, including typography, spacing, and layout.
• Experience using Figma, Adobe Suite, or similar tools.
• Comfort working with AI tools like Claude and editing AI-generated templates.
• Familiarity with landing page builders such as Shopify, Webflow, or similar.
• Experience designing static ads for paid social campaigns.

Nice to Have

• Background in performance marketing or growth design.
• Understanding of e-commerce customer psychology.
• Basic knowledge of A/B testing and performance metrics.
