What we're looking for
We are a fast-growing US-based SaaS platform helping e-commerce brands maximize the profitability of their dynamic ads on Facebook and Instagram. We are looking for a Senior Customer Success who thrives in ambiguity, takes full ownership of their accounts, and knows how to move client relationships forward without waiting to be told what to do.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage the full client lifecycle from onboarding through ongoing performance reviews, keeping accounts healthy and progressing at all times.
- Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of US and Canadian e-commerce brands, communicating via Slack, email, and CRM tools.
- Coordinate across internal teams (design, tech, production, and sales) to deliver on client needs and flag roadblocks proactively.
- Monitor campaign performance on Meta and surface improvements, insights, or risks before clients have to ask.
- Support clients in adopting and getting value from our in-house ad tech platform.
- Identify process gaps and take initiative to solve them, no handbook required.
Requirements
- 2 or more years of experience in customer success or account management, from an agency or SaaS background.
- Hands-on experience running campaigns on Meta (Facebook and Instagram).
- Proven ability to manage long-term client relationships across the full lifecycle (onboarding, delivery, performance review).
- Excellent English with impeccable grammar and sharp attention to detail.
- Comfortable leading client calls and representing the company confidently.
- Ownership-oriented and proactive, not reactive, with the ability to manage accounts independently.
- Available to work during US hours (ET preferred).
- Bachelor's degree required.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Meta Business Manager and e-commerce clients.
- Agency background managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Familiarity with Figma, Canva, or SEO concepts.
- US B2B account management experience.
