What we're looking for 

You’ll join a fast-growing US-based performance marketing agency specializing in paid media and conversion-focused experiences for e-commerce and SaaS brands. The team is highly analytical, collaborative, and focused on driving measurable growth. You’ll work closely with cross-functional growth managers and take ownership of high-impact paid search campaigns across multiple clients.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Build, launch, and optimize Google Search, YouTube, and Performance Max campaigns.
  • Manage budgets, pacing, and performance against KPIs to drive profitable growth.
  • Develop and execute testing roadmaps across ad copy, targeting, and bidding strategies.
  • Analyze campaign performance and translate data into actionable insights.
  • Prepare and present clear, concise reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Stay up to date with platform changes and continuously improve campaign performance.


Requirements

  • 1 to 3 years of hands-on paid search experience across Google platforms.
  • Experience working with B2B SaaS and lead generation-focused campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, GA4, and Google Tag Manager.
  • Experience with Google Merchant Center, Shopify, and product feed optimization for Performance Max.
  • Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets, including pivot tables and data analysis.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence in presenting to clients.
  • Ability to manage around 5 accounts independently with minimal supervision.
  • High ownership, sense of urgency, and a proactive problem-solving mindset.


Nice to Have

  • Experience with Looker Studio reporting.
  • Familiarity with attribution models and brand lift testing.
  • Experience implementing custom conversion tracking.
  • Exposure to tools like Triple Whale, Northbeam, or feed management platforms.
