What we're looking for 

You’re a detail-driven Senior Accountant who enjoys owning the numbers while helping a fast-growing business build strong, scalable financial processes. You’re comfortable working in a hands-on, evolving environment and partnering closely with leadership to bring clarity, rigor, and insight to the financials.


Our client is a fast-growing, US-based healthcare and consumer products company transforming access to smile solutions. They design and manufacture FDA-cleared products in the US and combine technology, telehealth, and in-person care to deliver professional-grade results at accessible prices. What You’ll Be Doing

  • Support the monthly close by preparing financial statements and reporting packages for leadership review.
  • Prepare and post journal entries across revenue, inventory, payroll, fixed assets, and other key cycles.
  • Analyze monthly variances and share clear, actionable insights with business unit leaders.
  • Own balance sheet account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies on time.
  • Process accounts payable invoices with accurate coding and approval routing.
  • Assist with budgeting, ad hoc reporting, sales tax filings, and income tax support schedules.


Requirements

  • 3 to 5+ years of hands-on accounting experience.
  • Strong ownership of full month-end close activities.
  • Solid knowledge of GAAP and core accounting principles.
  • Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, lookups, and complex formulas.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Comfort navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.


Nice to Have

  • Experience with Sage Intacct.
  • Exposure to sales tax and regulatory filings.
  • Shopify, revenue accounting, or e-commerce experience.
  • Background in manufacturing or healthcare.
  • Process improvement, automation, or building accounting workflows from scratch.
