What we're looking for 

We’re hiring on behalf of a fast-growing US-based performance marketing agency that partners with ambitious DTC e-commerce brands. This team specializes in scaling Shopify brands through paid social and performance-driven strategy, combining smart experimentation with disciplined execution.

If you thrive in spreadsheets, optimizing Meta campaigns, and think in terms of ROAS, MER, and contribution margin, then this is your role.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Manage and optimize Meta Ads campaigns across multiple Shopify DTC accounts.
  • Make clear execution decisions, when to scale, pause, test, or restructure campaigns.
  • Own weekly pacing and reporting in Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Monitor performance against monthly targets and ROAS goals.
  • Collaborate with Senior Media Buyers and Account Managers to align on strategy.
  • Support creative testing roadmaps and audience experimentation.


Requirements

  • 3+ years running Meta Ads for DTC e-commerce brands.
  • Proven experience managing $20,000 to $100,000+ monthly ad spend.
  • Strong Shopify and direct-to-consumer marketing experience.
  • Deep understanding of DTC KPIs, including ROAS, CPA, MER, LTV, and contribution margin.
  • Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills, especially for pacing and reporting.
  • Experience working with US-based brands and US time zones.


Nice to Have

  • Experience with Triple Whale, Northbeam, or other MTA tools.
  • Google Ads experience.
  • Strong English communication skills with potential to become client-facing.
