What we're looking for 

Our client, a global creative agency focused on performance design for E-Commerce brands, is seeking a Head of Client Success to lead post-sale client operations and oversee a small team of account managers and support staff. This role is essential for driving client satisfaction, managing high-stakes relationships, and identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with leadership experience, a proactive mindset, and a passion for operational excellence.


Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor client-facing team members, ensuring quality and consistency across all accounts.
  • Track and improve key metrics related to client retention, satisfaction, and expansion.
  • Act as the point of escalation for complex or sensitive client issues.
  • Identify upsell opportunities and collaborate with the leadership team to expand accounts.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with design, video, and operations to ensure timely and smooth project execution.


Requirements

  •  5+ years of experience in client success, account management, or client operations, ideally in a service-based or SaaS environment. 
  • Proven ability to lead teams and manage high-value clients across multiple time zones.
  • Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal) and experience working with US-based clients. 
  • Hands-on experience with reporting and analytics in Google Sheets, including formulas like VLOOKUP and pivot tables. 
  • Operational mindset with a talent for improving workflows and internal systems.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with Notion, Slack, and project management platforms.
  • Experience in creative or agency settings.
  • Background in handling client escalations and managing strategic calls directly.
