What We’re Looking For

Our client, a fast-growing e-commerce company, is seeking a Performance Creative Specialist to join their team. This role is central to developing high-performing ad creatives that fuel measurable growth across channels such as Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Applovin. If you’re someone who thrives at the intersection of creativity and data, this is an opportunity to shape campaigns that directly impact conversion rates and return on ad spend.


Responsibilities

  • Lead ideation and strategy for performance-driven ad creatives.
  • Build storyboards, scripts, and concepts with strong hooks and conversion-focused logic.
  • Translate value propositions into compelling visual storytelling aligned with platform best practices.
  • Select and direct raw footage, guide UGC needs, and remix or optimize existing content.
  • Analyze creative performance metrics and iterate quickly based on data insights.
  • Write ad scripts, prioritize high-potential ideas, and align creative tests with campaign goals.
  • Collaborate closely with media buyers to refine creative direction based on results.


Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in performance creative with proven ability to scale ROAS.
  • Strong portfolio of ad creatives across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and similar platforms.
  • Deep understanding of paid media creative metrics (CTR, CPC, CPM, conversion rate).
  • Strong storytelling instincts with the ability to turn raw footage into scroll-stopping ads.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Miro, and experience in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
  • Experience with DTC and product-specific brands.
  • Fluent in English, confident in presenting ideas to creative and performance teams.


Nice to Have

  • Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro).
  • Ability to create static image variations using templates or in collaboration with designers.
  • Hands-on experience in rapid creative testing environments.
