What we're looking for 

A fast-growing US-based consumer packaged goods brand is looking for a detail-oriented Packaging & Creative Designer to join their remote team. You will own packaging production across a growing product line while also supporting visual content creation using AI image generation tools. If you thrive on precision, love seeing your work on shelves, and get excited by the intersection of print production and cutting-edge creative tools, this role is for you. 

What You’ll Be Doing

• Update and maintain packaging artwork, including supplement facts, ingredient panels, icons, and claims, based on change requests.
• Build new product labels from scratch using established brand templates, ensuring all files are print-ready.
• Prepare and quality-check production files including dielines, bleed, trim, spot colors, white ink layers, varnishes, and specialty finishes.
• Generate and retouch product imagery using AI tools and Photoshop to support marketing and e-commerce needs.
• Manage and organize digital assets and design files with a high level of accuracy and consistency.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to execute creative requests quickly and correctly the first time.

Requirements

• Advanced Adobe Illustrator proficiency with hands-on experience in packaging file preparation for print.
• Strong Adobe Photoshop skills, including product retouching and image generation.
• Solid understanding of print specifications, including dielines, bleed, trim, safety margins, spot colors, and specialty finishes.
• Experience making precise artwork updates from written change requests, such as supplement facts, ingredients, claims, and icons.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a strong quality control mindset.
• Working experience with AI image generation tools such as Midjourney, Firefly, or ChatGPT.

Nice to Have

• Product rendering or mockup creation experience.
• Experience in CPG, supplements, food, or consumer packaged goods.
• Basic familiarity with FDA supplement label requirements.
• Photography retouching experience.
• Experience creating assets for Amazon, Shopify, or paid social (a bonus on top of the above).
