What we're looking for 

You’re a hands-on content leader who loves turning complex SaaS products into clear, practical content people actually use. You’re excited to own an entire content engine end to end, especially YouTube, and you thrive in a small, remote startup where execution matters more than big talk.


You’ll join a fast-growing Europe-based B2B SaaS company building tools for sales teams and RevOps leaders. The product connects LinkedIn and Sales Navigator with HubSpot CRM, and the mission is simple: help users understand the product faster, adopt it better, and get real value from day one. The culture is entrepreneurial and highly autonomous. If you like testing, learning, and owning outcomes, you’ll feel at home.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own the global content strategy across YouTube, blog posts, guides, and tutorials.
  • Lead YouTube execution, from topic research and scripting to coordinating recordings with the CEO.
  • Turn complex product features and HubSpot workflows into simple, structured, educational content.
  • Own the full tutorial pipeline (briefs, outlines, scripts, screen flows, editor instructions).
  • Coordinate with video editors and manage content production timelines.
  • Manage freelance writers, review their work, and maintain a consistently high quality bar.


Requirements

  • Excellent written English and strong communication skills.
  • Proven experience creating content for SaaS or complex products.
  • Strong YouTube content skills (topic selection, scripting, understanding what drives growth).
  • Ability to explain technical or RevOps concepts in a clear, practical way.
  • Hands-on mindset, you enjoy writing, scripting, and building, not just planning.
  • High autonomy and rigor, you’re reliable in a fully remote setup.


Nice to Have

  • Experience with HubSpot, RevOps, sales ops, or outbound tools.
  • Familiarity with SEO tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Surfer SEO.
  • Basic analytics or reporting mindset.
  • Experience working in startups or managing freelancers.
