What we're looking for 

You’ll join a fast-growing US-based digital growth agency working with DTC e-commerce brands facing real performance challenges. The team blends strategy, creative, and technical execution to unlock scalable growth. The culture is evolving, scrappy, and highly collaborative, with a strong push toward AI-enabled workflows and smarter systems.


This is a senior, hands-on leadership role where you own outcomes, not just strategy. You’ll work directly with founders and marketing leaders while guiding internal teams to execute with rigor and speed.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own and oversee 4 to 5 DTC e-commerce accounts with performance challenges.
  • Diagnose funnel and campaign performance issues across paid media and onsite experience.
  • Build and lead structured testing roadmaps, including creative and funnel experiments.
  • Direct cross-functional teams on execution across Meta, Google Ads, and Shopify.
  • Manage client relationships, including leading meetings and handling complex conversations.
  • Develop playbooks, frameworks, and training to scale best practices internally.


Requirements

  • Deep expertise in Meta and Google Ads with a strong DTC e-commerce background.
  • Hands-on experience with Shopify and full-funnel growth strategy.
  • Strong analytical skills, including cohort analysis and LTV insights.
  • Proven testing methodology with hypothesis development and A/B testing experience.
  • Ability to balance high-level strategy with hands-on oversight.
  • Strong client-facing experience, including conflict management and communication.
  • Comfort working in a fast-changing, scrappy agency environment.
  • Interest in AI tools and evolving tech-enabled workflows.


Nice to Have

  • Experience as a Growth Senior Manager.
  • Background working brand-side in DTC before transitioning to agency.
