What we're looking for 

A fast-growing US-based e-commerce agency is looking for a hands-on E-commerce Manager & Strategist to join their remote team. They partner with DTC brands, helping them scale through Shopify, conversion-focused experiences, and data-driven growth strategies. If you thrive at the intersection of strategy and execution, this role is for you.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Live inside client Shopify stores daily, handling product uploads, promotions, optimizations, and in-store operations.
  • Identify revenue growth opportunities by analyzing website data, customer behavior, and performance metrics.
  • Develop and present strategic recommendations, roadmaps, and conversion optimization plans to clients.
  • Collaborate with internal developers, designers, and project managers to align priorities with execution.
  • Leverage AI tools (including Claude and Shopify's native AI) to accelerate research, analysis, and reporting.
  • Work closely with the Account Strategist to bring clear, actionable recommendations to clients.


Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on Shopify experience (product uploads, promo codes, daily in-store work).
  • AI-native mindset with active, demonstrated use of AI tools in daily workflows (not doing things manually is a dealbreaker).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations.
  • Familiarity with the DTC tool stack, including Klaviyo, Meta, Google, TikTok Shop, Rebuy, and subscription or quiz apps.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with a collaborative, ownership-driven approach.
  • Based in Latin America and available to work Eastern Time hours.


Nice to Have

  • Experience with Klaviyo campaigns and flows.
  • Familiarity with CRO principles, heuristic reviews, or website audits.
  • Experience managing retainer-based client relationships and optimization roadmaps.
