What we're looking for
A boutique, creative-first US digital marketing agency is building out its paid search team and looking for a strategic, collaborative Paid Search Strategist to grow with us. You'll work alongside the Head of Paid Search on complex, large-scale campaigns for DTC, CPG, and health and wellness brands, while helping shape the future of our paid search program. We value strategic thinking over automation, high-touch client work, and team members who thrive on collaboration rather than independence.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop and execute comprehensive paid search strategies aligned with client objectives, managing budget allocation and bid strategies across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and AI platforms.
- Lead complex paid search campaigns for multiple high-value accounts, analyzing large datasets to extract actionable insights and drive consistent ROI improvements.
- Own client relationships and communication, leading calls independently, translating performance data into clear insights, and delivering monthly reports that showcase results.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with paid social, creative, and marketing strategy teams to ensure integrated campaigns and unified brand messaging.
- Contribute to team growth and operational excellence by developing SOPs, refining project management tools, and sharing strategic insights that improve how the agency operates.
- Build real-time dashboards and custom reports that streamline weekly reporting and provide clients with meaningful performance visibility.
Requirements
- 3+ years of agency experience managing paid search campaigns and strategy.
- Strong expertise in Google Ads, with proven ability to optimize complex accounts for performance and profitability.
- Ability to lead client calls independently and communicate performance data with clarity and confidence.
- A collaborative, team-first mindset with strong cross-functional communication skills.
- Deep understanding of e-commerce and lead gen KPIs, financial growth levers, and what drives business results.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, prioritizing strategic analysis over platform automation.
- Proficiency with analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, data visualization platforms, dashboard builders) to extract insights and communicate results effectively.
Nice to Have
- Experience managing appointment-based or lead gen client accounts.
- Background in CRO or broader marketing strategy.
Benefits
- Competitive USD salary.
- 100% remote work.
- Healthcare, dental, and vision insurance + 401(k) with match.
- Unlimited sick days and 15 vacation days per year + all major US holidays.
- Collaborative, values-driven team culture.
