What We’re Looking For

Join a fast-growing US-based wellness brand on a mission to make rest a daily ritual. This company is known for creating elevated sleep products that support the nervous system and bring more ease to everyday life. They’re a small, collaborative team that values clarity, calm, and showing up with intention.

They’re looking for a Sales Assistant to support and streamline wholesale and dropship operations. If you’re organized, resourceful, and love ticking things off a to-do list, this could be a great fit.

What You’ll Do

• Manage inbound wholesale inquiries and qualify potential leads.
• Maintain and support 20–30 existing wholesale and dropship accounts.
• Process daily orders and execute repeatable SOP-driven workflows.
• Respond to account requests (images, embroidery, invoices) with speed and clarity.
• Track sales across multiple systems and ensure accurate documentation.
• Coordinate photography updates and maintain consistent product visuals.
• Provide warm, thoughtful customer service to wholesale partners.

What You Bring

• 2+ years in sales support, operations, or a similar complementary role.
• Excellent organization and written communication (you’ll be writing a lot!)
• Confidence navigating Google Sheets, Drive, and Asana.
• Proactive and goal-oriented with strong follow-through.
• Comfortable managing time-sensitive tasks with minimal oversight.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Shopify, Airtable, Canva.
• Experience with outbound selling is a plus.
• Familiarity with marketplaces like Goop, Poosh, or BB&B.
• Background in customer service or account management.
