What we're looking for

We're a fast-growing US-based e-commerce brand in the premium outdoor living space, and we're building our in-house paid media team. We're looking for a hands-on Paid Media Specialist to support daily campaign execution and optimization across Google and Meta, reporting directly to our Paid Media Manager.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Monitor and optimize paid campaigns daily across Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager, adjusting bids, budgets, and targeting as needed.
  • Troubleshoot underperforming campaigns, identify root causes, and implement fixes before issues escalate.
  • Launch and update ad creatives across platforms, including time-sensitive campaigns such as sales and seasonal promotions.
  • Review campaigns regularly for pacing, impression share, bidding, audience targeting, and spend allocation issues.
  • Implement account structures and naming conventions set by the Paid Media Manager.
  • Collaborate closely with the team to split execution duties and support strategic decisions.

Requirements

  • 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
  • E-commerce background, ideally with high-value or premium products.
  • Solid understanding of tracking tools such as GTM, Meta Pixel, and attribution models.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to diagnose platform, campaign, or measurement issues quickly.
  • Comfortable working at speed in a fast-moving environment where errors can compound quickly.
  • Professional English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Availability to overlap with PST business hours (9 am to 5 pm) for daily syncs.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Bing Ads or Pinterest Ads.
  • Experience managing large-budget accounts (around $100K per week in spend).
  • Background in developing or reviewing ad creative and performance content.
  • Familiarity with the US market and high-AOV product categories.

Benefits

  • Competitive USD salary.
  • 100% remote work.
  • Paid Time Off + US Holidays.
