What we're looking for 

We’re hiring on behalf of a fast-growing US-based e-commerce company specializing in high-quality, science-backed supplements designed to help consumers live healthier, more vibrant lives. This team lives and breathes testing, iteration, and high-volume creative production.

You’ll join a results-driven, creative-first environment where speed and quality go hand in hand. The culture is collaborative, data-informed, and deeply focused on pushing the boundaries of AI-powered content.

If you’re an AI-native video editor who can jump in with zero ramp-up time and start shipping conversion-driven creatives immediately, this role is for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Produce 15 to 20 high-performing paid social creatives per week.
• Edit direct response content for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Execute UGC, AI UGC, AI-native creatives, mini-VSL, and VSL formats.
• Optimize hooks, pacing, storytelling, and CTAs for conversion.
• Integrate AI tools into your workflow to increase speed and output quality.
• Collaborate closely with creative strategists and growth teams to reduce revision cycles.
• Support external editors and act as a bridge between creative leadership and production.

Requirements

• Proven experience editing direct response performance creatives for North American audiences.
• Strong AI video editing expertise with tools like Higgsfield, Nano Banana, Google V3, and Gemini.
• Proficiency in CapCut, plus working knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, and Figma.
• Deep understanding of AI-assisted editing, AI-forward creative, and realistic AI integrations.
• Ability to manage multiple creative tests simultaneously while maintaining high speed and quality.
• Near-native English fluency and confidence in live feedback sessions.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Sora, Kling, or emerging generative video platforms.
• Advanced AI stack experimentation or open-source AI workflow experience.
• Ability to produce high-quality unrestricted AI creatives.
• Team leadership or editor coordination experience.
