What we're looking for 

You’ll join a fast-growing US-based consumer goods company focused on personal care and grooming products, operating multiple direct-to-consumer brands. The team is highly collaborative, working closely with the founder and marketing leads to create performance-driven content that converts.

You’ll thrive here if you’re creative, proactive, and enjoy iterating quickly based on feedback while working across different brand voices and styles.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Edit high-performing short-form videos for TikTok, Amazon, and social platforms.
• Turn raw footage into engaging ads and organic content with strong hooks and storytelling.
• Develop content ideas, scripts, and outlines in collaboration with the team.
• Produce multiple variations from batch content to support testing and scaling.
• Collaborate with marketing managers and provide input on creative direction.
• Guide filming by suggesting what content should be captured for best results.

Requirements

• Strong experience editing short-form video content for social media and ads.
• Proven ability to create TikTok-style and conversion-focused content.
• Solid storytelling skills with an eye for hooks, pacing, and engagement.
• Experience producing multiple video variations efficiently.
• Understanding of paid social and performance-driven creatives.
• Ability to collaborate, take feedback, and iterate quickly across teams and brands.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with DTC brands.
• Familiarity with TikTok affiliate content and conversion metrics.
• Knowledge of Amazon and Instagram content formats.
• Experience using Asana or similar project management tools.
• Ability to suggest process improvements or workflow optimizations.
